Creation in Kharkov - Ukraine in 1927 in the municipality of work " F.E.D" (Felix Edmundovik Dzerzhinsky , founder of the secret police) and directed by Anton Makarenko. The first FED was made in 1932 (a copy of the Leica1a) and  then the FED-1 in 1934 (a copy of the Leica II) ....
