The firm of Michigan (USA), originally, in 1931, manufactures radios (TSF) in bakelite. This material was then used to diversify the plant's production by creating a first camera, the Argus A in 1936. The camera probably the best known of the firm, the Argus C3 (1939) called as "The Brick" with its characteristic shape was produced for 27 years and gave his name to the firm in 1944.
